How are the Daily Indemnities calculated?
- Full-time work stoppage: my Daily Allowances are equal to 1 / 730th of my average annual activity income for the last 3 calendar years and between € 5.21 and € 53.74 per day.
• If my average annual income is less than 10% of the Annual Social Security Ceiling (€ 39,228 X 10%) or € 3,922.80 for 2017: my Daily Allowances will be zero.
• In the event of payment of minimum contributions, my Compensation is € 21 per day.
• Part-time therapy: my Daily Allowances will be reduced by half.
Calculation examples :
• 1st case: my average income is € 2,500: 2,500 <€ 3,922.80, my Daily Compensation is € 0.
Except in the event of payment of minimum contributions, my Daily Compensation is € 21 per day.
• 2nd case: my average income is € 8,000: € 8,000 x 1/730 = € 10.96, my Daily Compensation is € 10.96.
• 3rd case: my average income is € 42,000: 42,000 x 1/730 = € 57.53, my Daily Compensation is reduced to the maximum, ie € 53.74.
